When contacting us about an account or listing, please include:
• Your name or username.
• The email address connected to your account.
• A link to the relevant listing, if applicable.
• A clear description of the problem.
• Screenshots where useful.
Report a Listing or User
If you notice a suspicious, misleading, stolen or prohibited item, please use the Report Listing option on the relevant listing.
For urgent concerns, email us with the listing link and any supporting information. Please do not place yourself at risk by confronting a suspicious user.
Transaction Disputes
OnlyBikes is a classifieds platform and does not process payments or participate in transactions between users.
We may review reports and take action against listings or accounts that violate our rules, but we cannot recover payments, enforce private agreements or provide compensation for losses.
Privacy Requests
Requests to access, correct or delete personal information can be sent to the same email address with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
Please allow us a reasonable period to investigate and respond. We may ask for information to confirm your identity before making changes to an account.
